Ever have this happen to you? You are full steam ahead, fully motivated and engaged with your business and then suddenly you get a case of the “lazies.” Feeling unmotivated from time to time is normal, yet consistent lack of motivation will lower your morale and leave you feeling icky about your business. More often than not, when you find yourself in a constant state of “not feeling like it,” you were likely emotionally triggered at some point and spinning on a Cycle of Disempowerment.
Motivation is a big challenge for many FEMpreneurs and it is critical to running an extraordinary business. Many of my clients ask me why it is so hard to stay motivated, and my reply is always, that we forget the WHY of our goals. We lose sight of the bigger picture, the meaning behind the desire and instead we wallow in a challenging circumstance or recent disappointment, which leaves us unmotivated and or lackadaisical at best.
