How can I be sure my order has been received?
When you enter your credit card information and click “Place Order Now” on the final review page, we’ll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we’ve charged your credit card.

Are there other ways to place my order?
Yes, if you prefer not to order online, you may print your order form and call us at 866.615.8150. You can also fax your completed order form to us at 1.866.615.7809.

Payment and Billing
What forms of payment are accepted for online orders?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa or MasterCard or American Express or Discover Card.

When will my credit card account be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately for online purchases and at the first of the month for coaching package payments.

What will appear on my credit card statement?
Depending upon where you order, your credit card statement will show Aspire Life Coaching or Susan Liddy International.

Sales Tax
How is sales tax calculated for my order?
Sales tax will be applied to California residents only.

What are my shipping options?
All orders will be shipped within 7 business days. You will be notified if any item you requested is out of stock. Your order will be shipped after credit card authorization and verification is obtained.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery orders should take between 5 – 7 days. If you would like specific information about an item in regards to shipping time, please phone us at 408-835-9908 or email info@SusanLiddy.com. Please have product name and description ready.

Security
Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
Yes. We offer a safe shopping experience. Our secure server encrypts all of your important information, such as credit card number and name. This encryption process take all of your personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the internet. We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from “http” to “https.”

Returns and Exchanges
What is our return policy?
Individual return policies are available on product and program sites.

  • For information products only, once you have received your order, you have 7 days to decide to return it.
  • Courses that are discontinued are not eligible for returns.
  • If you have purchased a Virtual Course or a Digital Home Study Course (an eCD program for example) there are no returns and no refunds available.
  • If a return is permissible, returned merchandise can be exchanged towards the purchase of another or for a refund to your credit card less shipping and handling.
  • All merchandise that is being returned must be accompanied with the original invoice and must be in the same condition as it was originally shipped to you.

  • Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Coaching & Consulting Terms & Conditions
Consulting and Coaching services are non-refundable and non-cancelable for ANY reason and includes, but are not limited to such programs as Secrets to Ultimate Living, Fearless FEMpreneur, Body Benevolence and private VIP days and coaching programs with Susan.

It is agreed and understood that should Client deviate from payment terms outlined above after the commencement of services, all Services will be suspended until payment is made. Suspension of Services does not release Client from responsibility for fulfilling payment obligations.

By accepting to the terms and agreements of the program you have chosen, you have authorized Susan Liddy International, Inc. to charge your credit card for any unpaid charges on the dates set forth herein. If you choose a multi-pay, you authorize our company to make all changes at the time they are due and do not require separate authorization in order to do so. You agree to refrain from making any chargebacks to our account or to cancel the credit card that is provided as security without Susan Liddy International prior written consent. You will be held responsible for any fees (including billable hours by employees to handle such occurrences) associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any collection fees associated therewith. You agree to not change any of the credit card information provided to Susan Liddy International without notifying Susan Liddy International in advance.

Live Events Terms & Conditions
As our live events have limited seating, if plans change and you must cancel your reservation, you may cancel up to 60 days prior to the event and receive a full refund less a $500 non refundable administration charge. * If you have to cancel between 30-60 days prior to the event, you will get a 50% refund less the $500 non refundable administration charge. Any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund but you may send someone else in your place. VIP and Coaching Packages are non refundable and non transferable.

*Certain restrictions apply. In the event of “scholarship-based” events, materials fees are non-refundable.

Returned Check/Credit Card Fees
There will be a $25 service fee for all returned checks or declined credit card per incident. If payment is not made within 5 days of due date, a $100 service fee will be added.
