You may lie awake replaying conversations, wondering if you’re “too much” or “not enough,” or fearing a relationship won’t last.
Even when you care deeply, old wounds and attachment injuries can quietly erode closeness.
What you long for is safety, trust, and the feeling of being understood, accepted, and loved.
I help couples, individuals, and anyone seeking to create healthier, more secure relationships.
I also work with individuals suffering from digestive system disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome. I help them develop a secure nervous system to reduce or eliminate digestive discomfort.
