I hold advanced training in attachment science, polyvagal theory & trauma. In addition to an MA in Counseling Psychology & clinical experience, I have in-depth professional experience as a life coach, public speaker & group facilitator. I’ve supported hundreds of people to overcome obstacles & emotional wounds over the past 21 years. I value authenticity, curiosity, and compassion—both in the therapy room and in life. My work is inclusive and affirming of all backgrounds, identities, and family structures. I welcome couples, individuals, and anyone seeking to create healthier, more secure relationships. I am a pre-licensed professional currently under the direction and supervision of Jenn Vann, LMFT, and Allison O’Brien, LMFT.
